Hi, you don’t know me – but I’m the behind the scenes account person while you’ve worked through the Project Omega Welcome Kit. I just wanted to thank you personally for your efforts on getting this kit produced on time through some really extensive production challenges. This was one of the largest initiatives that this particular group at CIBC has ever attempted to undertake – and we had some learnings. I just wanted to thank you for the mock ups and rush deliveries and last minute label requests and sample after sample after sample. The finished product is something we’re all really proud of and the client is thrilled. As you know – we are doing another brochure (yeah) – which will likely start up again as soon as the end of the month – but now that we know what we know – I can assure you that this next print will be a lot smoother…… fingers crossed.
